Double-Box Protective Shipping Service

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

This product is an optional protective packaging service for customers purchasing sealed cases of Pokémon TCG products, including Booster Boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), Booster Bundles, and other sealed case products. Please make sure that you add this to cart if you are looking to have your order double boxed as your order will not be double boxed without this present in your cart!

By purchasing this service, your eligible sealed case will be placed inside an additional outer shipping box with protective packing material before shipment. The purpose of double-boxing is to provide an additional layer of protection to the original sealed case/carton during transit.

What This Service Includes

When purchased with an eligible sealed case:

• Your sealed case/carton will be placed inside a separate outer shipping box.

• Protective packing material will be added where appropriate to reduce movement and provide additional cushioning.

• The original manufacturer's/distributor's case will therefore not normally be used as the outermost shipping container.

• Shipping labels and carrier handling will primarily affect the additional outer shipping box rather than the original case.

IMPORTANT: DOUBLE-BOXING DOES NOT GUARANTEE A PERFECT OR MINT CASE

This service provides additional shipping protection only.

Purchasing Double-Box Protective Shipping does NOT constitute a guarantee that the manufacturer's case, carton, product packaging, or products inside will arrive in mint, flawless, collectible, or undamaged condition.

Manufacturer and distributor cases may already contain minor cosmetic imperfections before they are packed for shipment, including but not limited to:

• Dents

• Creases

• Scratches

• Scuffs

• Compression marks

• Tape marks

• Printing imperfections

• Corner or edge wear

• Minor tears or punctures

• Other cosmetic manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or handling imperfections

We cannot guarantee the condition in which a manufacturer's sealed case was originally supplied to us, nor can we guarantee that a package will experience no movement, compression, impact, temperature changes, moisture exposure, or other conditions while in the possession of a third-party shipping carrier.

Double-boxing reduces exposure to shipping-related wear; it does not eliminate the possibility of damage.

This Is a Packaging Service — Not Shipping Insurance

The Double-Box Protective Shipping fee pays for the additional box, packing materials, and labour required to provide the service.

It is not shipping insurance and does not create an insurance policy, damage guarantee, condition guarantee, or reimbursement guarantee.

Any loss or damage occurring while a shipment is in the possession of the shipping carrier remains subject to the applicable shipping service, carrier terms, insurance coverage (if any), and our applicable store policies.

One Double-Box Service Per Case

Unless otherwise expressly stated, one Double-Box Protective Shipping service must be purchased for each sealed case that you want individually double-boxed.

For example:

1 sealed case + 1 Double-Box service = that case will be double-boxed.

3 sealed cases + 1 Double-Box service = only one case is guaranteed to receive this service.

If you would like all three cases individually double-boxed, you must purchase 3 Double-Box Protective Shipping services.

If your order contains multiple cases and fewer Double-Box services than cases, we may determine which eligible case(s) receive the service unless you provide specific instructions that we are able to accommodate.

Eligibility

This service must be purchased together with an eligible product/order.

Purchasing this service by itself does not entitle the purchaser to receive a physical product. The Double-Box Protective Shipping listing represents a packaging service and is not a standalone merchandise item.

If the service cannot reasonably be applied to the products in your order, we may cancel and refund the Double-Box service.

Condition Claims

Customers purchasing sealed cases specifically for display, collection, long-term storage, or investment purposes should understand that sealed cases are shipping/distribution cartons and are not themselves guaranteed by us to be collectible-grade packaging.

The purchase of this service does not change the advertised condition of the underlying merchandise and does not constitute a representation that the case or its contents are "mint," "gem mint," "pristine," "collector grade," or equivalent.

Photographs used on our website may be representative and do not guarantee that the exact case received will have identical cosmetic characteristics.

Carrier Handling

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is subject to handling and transportation conditions outside of our direct control.

While double-boxing is intended to provide additional protection, we cannot guarantee that the outer shipping box or the case inside will not sustain damage during transportation.

Visible damage to the outer shipping box does not automatically mean that the manufacturer's case or merchandise inside has been damaged.

Customers should inspect the contents of their shipment after delivery.

By adding Double-Box Protective Shipping to your cart and completing checkout, you acknowledge that:

1. You are purchasing an additional protective packaging service.

2. The service is intended to reduce the risk of shipping-related cosmetic damage, not eliminate it.

3. Double-boxing does not guarantee mint, pristine, flawless, collectible-grade, or undamaged packaging.

4. Manufacturer, distributor, warehouse, and pre-shipment cosmetic imperfections may exist.

5. Carrier handling and transportation conditions are outside our direct control.

6. The Double-Box fee itself is not shipping insurance or a damage guarantee.

7. One service applies to one eligible sealed case unless otherwise expressly stated.

8. You have reviewed and accepted these conditions before purchasing the service.
